6° GARIONI NAVAL HEAT INDUSTRIAL AND MARINE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

I must thank everyone. Those who participated actively in the organization, both staff Garioninaval and the freelancers who, through their efforts have hel- ped us in making the sixth edition of the International Conference Garioninaval, the most successful one since, with passion and efforts, we organize this event. I was surprised and impressed by the active participation of the audience and the enthusiasm that our event received. Surprised by the participation of qualified speakers, of participants and of the sponsors. We hoped but, given the unfavora- ble economic times, I fear that in many, especially from abroad, would have given forfait. Obviously, the topics covered, the new features, the presentation of the new companies of the group, (CCM and Elpannetknik) presenta- tion of the results of our research and development department and not least, the great relationship of mutual respect and friendship that binds us to all our staff, associates, engineering, and OEM customers, made of this event something that event that could not be lost. We all, we are confident that the innovations introduced in the last two years, creating the new depar- tment dedicated to power genera- tion plants and renewable energy is the right way to continue the path of growth and market repositio- ning of our reality, just as we are sure that significant efforts to acqui- sitions made during 2009, will A award our group already in the near future, bearing in mind that our core business is and always has been the construction of industrial boilers of small and medium size. I mean we walk away a new, exci- ting, interesting field, but we do not stop to consider our historic area, as of primary importance in the future.
